Tartare Sauce

Ingredients

300g mayo

4 tbsp capers, drained and finely chopped

4 tbsp cornichons, drained and finely chopped

zest of one lemon

small bunch of parsley, finely chopped

small bunch of dill, finely chopped

  • Mix everything together, taste and adjust the seasoning with lemon juice, freshly cracked black pepper and sea salt.
